Called their 800 number for a quote. Got asked 10 questions before I got transferred to my local office, person answered and put me on hold, then I got disconnected. Called the 800 number again, and again 10 questions before being transferred to local office, where they asked the same 10 questions again plus took my contact details. Then proceeded to tell me that they have no available agents for now and that someone will call me back. Three business days later, no one followed up.

Revised:,she made a HUGE mistake, my first payment was due to come out on the 16th, It came out on the 3rd, thankfully I had money in the account at the time, had I not..my insurance would have been canceled due to non payment, and I would not have been eligible for monthly payments anymore. Very dissatisfied. She said she will fix it, but there is nothing to fix, she made a massive mistake that may have cost me my insurance. Still debating weather it was deliberate or notOriginal:Tammi shiers did an amazing job, within about 5 hours of calling I had my temporary pink slip.
