We decided to get away from our previous insurance company as we felt they weren’t trying to get us what was best for us. We came across (Sarah) at access insurance and they were extremely helpful and got us much better coverage and for a better price. We are very glad that we have made the switch.After years of using access insurance I went to add a new truck to my plan. My broker was not in at the time when I needed the pink card and I was forwarded to another agent. We got in touch with Clare and couldn’t be happier. She was quick to get me the pink card and make the changes. She also did the impossible and saved us a lot of money on our upcoming renewal.

I am not the most timely person at the best of times. I moved to Alberta recently and was coming up against the end of the 14-day deadline for my out of province inspection and Sarah Casebeer got me straightened out in no time. After explaining my situation (I needed to be insured by tomorrow) and discovering that getting quotes can sometimes take weeks, Sarah dropped everything and had a series of quotes for home and auto insurance to me in a few hours. Sarah had no reason to be as good to me as she was and basically saved me from my own poor time management skills.

Access has been diligent and timely,in handling our insurance and claims. As we seem to be very unlucky we’ve needed their help no less than 3x’s. From flooding due to construction on the street and hot water heater blow outs. Always on a weekend too. We went with local companies and Access helped with it all. As much as they’ve been friendly and knowledgeable. I do hope that I don’t need their help. I am a transplant recipient, and my gosh it is extramy difficult to find a company that will insure me even after 21 years post transplant. I called 14 places to get insurance to go to Hawaii. I’ve been with Access Insurance for years. Thankfully, I haven’t had to make many claims but when I did, I’ve always felt well taken care of. Most recently involved my vehicle being damaged while parked, that eventually lead to the car being written off and me getting a new vehicle.Marilyn has been my broker now for a couple of years and has been very helpful answering questions and making any changes to the policies when needed.
